Diwali and Bandi Chhor Divas both fall on 8 November this year, which is closer than it feels. If you're still deciding what to give, here's the honest part first: our custom name necklaces are made to order, which means around 2 to 3 weeks to make plus delivery. Most of them won't reach you in time.
The good news is that plenty of our pieces will. Engraved pieces and ready-made name necklaces are quicker, and they're still personal, in the language that matters to your family. Always check the product page for the latest dispatch time before you order.
Engraved gifts for him
Gifts for men are the hardest to get right, and engraving makes them feel chosen. Browse our gifts for him collection, including the engraved watch band bracelet and the engraved band ring. Have a name, a date or a few words engraved in the language of your choice. More styles are in our rings collection.
Ready-made name necklaces
Ready-made necklaces are already made, so there's no wait for production. Look for the name you want in our ready-made Punjabi collection, or start from your language on our shop by language page. We also have ready-made names in Arabic, English, Tamil and Urdu, which you'll find under Ready Made in the menu. If your name isn't in stock, a custom necklace makes a lovely gift for later in the season.
Map pendants for family far from home
For anyone who misses where their family comes from, our map necklaces are a thoughtful choice. Try the Tamil Nadu map necklace keychain, the Kashmir map necklace keychain or the full map pendants collection. Check the product page for current dispatch times.
Free shipping
UK orders over £50 ship free, and international orders over £80, so it's worth putting two gifts in one basket.
Can I still order a custom necklace for Diwali?
Probably not. Custom pieces take around 2 to 3 weeks to make plus delivery, so they're better for gifts later in November or for Christmas. Our custom Punjabi name necklace and custom Tamil name necklace are among our most popular, and worth ordering early.
We would recommend gifting our engraved jewellery, mugs or kids clothing for Diwali which would arrive in time if ordered soon.
Happy Diwali from all of us at ArtByZakia.
