PERSONALISED PRODUCTS
Please leave all required information for personalised products, the 'required' information is all inputs requested and any other details needed to create the order which is stated in the description as well.
If you'd like your personalised product to have a name / word in a specific spelling or language, you will need to input the name / word exactly as you'd like it to appear. If the name / word is left in another language for ArtByZakia to convert or correct, ArtByZakia is not responsible for any spelling error including conversions that do not fit customer preferences. ArtByZakia may contact the customer to gain the preferred spelling, information or confirm unclear order details, however, we are not required to do so. If the customer is contacted, the customer is entitled to 24 hours to inform ArtByZakia of any missing and unclear information including preferred spellings. If the customer fails to do so in 24 hours, ArtByZakia has the right to continue processing the order as they feel is best and is not responsible for any mistakes made due to insufficient information and contact from customer.
You cannot cancel, return, refund, exchange or change an order containing a personalised product, this is due to the product being made to customer request.
All personalised product orders start processing from a short time after order is placed. The product is designed to match customer order details, the product is manufactured through each step required for the specific product, tested and checked thoroughly before being dispatched for the customer. However, if the customer believes there is a manufacturing default, the customer should contact ArtByZakia and inform them of the issue. ArtByZakia will assess the issue and will decide the best solution, this may be either to send a replacement or a replacement with a compensation gift (extra product).
The customer may contact via email only to discuss their order, if their order is in a very early stage and ArtByZakia is able to allow the customer a change to a certain attribute in the order, the customer will be informed of this and will be given 24 hours to respond, else ArtByZakia has the right to continue according to original order.
When placing an order with ArtByZakia, the customer is agreeing to wait and allow us the production times stated to create the order before shipping it out.

This includes and is not limited to: Tiktok, Instagram, Flyers, website, emails and more.
Posting photos or videos of the order or product does not violate any privacy concerns as no private information will be included and the customer will not be singled out to indicate it is their order. Any complaints regarding the removal of such content that does not breach such privacy concerns will br rejected.
