Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide.
How long will it take to get my product?
Shipping time depends on the product ordered. Products shipped from the UK would be received within a week for UK customers and 5-10 days for out of UK customers. For personalised products this may take longer. Please check product descriptions for more information.
Can I track my order?
All our orders are tracked and/or signed. If you would prefer standard delivery we can also provide that service.
What if I want to cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order we do recommend contacting us within an hour of placing the order. After this time, the order will begin processing and no cancellations can be made.
Can i return and refund my hoodie if its a larger size?
We do not accept returns or refunds on any personalised items as they are made specifically to order requirements. A size chart is provided where required to avoid such issue. Please order hoodies according to the size chart given or contact before placing an order.
The only return/refund accepted is if the product has a manufacturing error, in which case you can contact and we can arrange a solution.
What can I do if I put wrong details at checkout?
If you put the wrong details in at checkout, please contact us within an hour of placing the order.
What if my name is spelt incorrect on personalised items?
Some names can be written in multiple way in different languages such as Arabic, Punjabi, Chinese. Therefore we recommend that you leave the name in the preferred language and spelling.
Please contact us before placing the order to discuss the spelling/design of the name. Once confirmed, you can place your order. If you do not contact us first, we will send you a preview of the spelling or design. You will be required to reply in 1 working day. Otherwise we reserve the right to write your name as we see fit.  We can not offer a refund or exchange if you are not happy with the spelling once it has been received.
 I want my name in another language, how would I do so?
Please contact us before placing your order. We can convert your name to the preferred language.
Returns and refunds?
We return and refund on faulty items, however if the spelling is wrong or not the one you preferred we would not be able to refund and return on that. For more information please view our Refund and Return policy.
Does the colour wear off on personalised jewellery? 
The colour does not wear off on the personalised jewellery.  For more information regarding after care of jewellery please check the description for that specific item.
What material is the personalised jewellery made from?
Personalised jewellery is made from stainless steel and is coated with either 18K gold, Platinum Silver or Real Rose Gold.
What are your care instructions?
Please refer to the description of the product that you are looking to purchase.
Can you write a note for me and add it to the package, if it was a gift?
Yes, we can write notes for you. At checkout please leave a note with the message you would like. Alternatively, please email us at zakiaartshop@gmail.com with the order number and the message you would like.
I'm from the UK, how would I know my US ring size?
We have a ring size chart that can be found on all our ring listings, please view the chart which will help you convert your size. If you do not know your ring size, the chart helps you measure the circumference of your finger which you can use to find your US size.
Would you be able to draw from my photo?
Yes, please email before placing your order so we can discuss designs.  
What size prints do you offer?
There are 6 sizes that we offer, which range from A0 - A5. You can check the approximate size in inches in the description of all prints.
Would you be able to create a new design for a phone case, other than the ones you offer?
Yes, please contact me before placing an order. We can either print your own design or make a new design for you.
Do you offer phone cases for Google Pixels?
Currently we only offer cases for iPhones and Samsung Galaxy.
Do you offer gift boxes with the personalised jewellery?
All personalised jewellery comes with gift boxes. Non-personalised jewellery may or may not come with a gift box (please check description). If you would like one please contact beforehand.
Can I request a new design for my personalised hoodie?
Yes we are open for new designs and personalisation. Please contact before placing an order.
