Do you ship worldwide?
Yes, we ship worldwide. Shipping is calculated at checkout.
How long will it take to get my order?
Production times vary depending on the personalisation of the product. Please see description of each product to find production and dispatch times.
Once dispatched, delivery varies upon service and country however UK orders are typically delivered within 1-5 working days after dispatch and order outside the UK are typically delivered between 5-15 working days after dispatch.
Can I track my order?
All orders are sent via a tracked service. Tracking numbers will be sent within the dispatch notification email.
You can track your parcel via your account, shop app or via Royal Mail.
Can I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order we do recommend contacting us within an hour of placing the order. After this time, the order will begin processing and no cancellations can be made.
We do not accept refunds, returns, cancellations or exchanges for personalised items.
What can I do if I put wrong details at checkout?
If you put the wrong details in at checkout, please contact us within an hour of placing the order. We will not be able to change order details after production has started.
The name is spelt incorrectly?
Some names can be written in multiple way in different languages. Therefore we recommend that you leave the name in the preferred language and spelling.
Please contact us before placing the order to discuss the spelling/design of the name. If the order requires us to translate the name for you without prior discussion, we are not responsible for any spelling errors during translation and will use our best resources to translate the name for you.
What languages do you offer?
We're able to personalise in any language whether that's a printed, engraved or bespoke piece. We specialise in all South Asian languages such as Punjabi, Tamil, Urdu, Arabic, Bangla, Malayalam, Gujarati, Telugu and more.
How do I provide the text for personalisation?
There is a designated box per product to enter your desired personalised text. However, we understand you may want to clarify positioning or if you have a long piece of text to personalise, you can reach out to us via email hello@artbyzakia.com and include your order number after placing your order to clarify or let us know about your personalised text.
Does the colour wear off on the jewellery, or will my skin turn green?
No. The colour does not wear off or tarnish and will not turn your skin green.
All our jewellery is made of a stainless steel base and plated in either 18ct gold or real rose gold depending on your choice, no other metals are mixed within the jewellery which means it is waterproof, tarnish and rust free and hypoallergenic.

How can I find my ring size?
We use US ring sizing for all our rings. Please view our ring size chart to help decide and convert your ring size, this can also be found on all our ring products too. You will need to convert an existing ring size of measure the circumference of the finger you'd like to wear the ring.
I want a different design?
You can request a different design for our jewellery, clothing or other gifts. Please either email your enquiry to hello@artbyzakia.com or use our contact page to do so. We will respond as soon as possible to let you know if we're able to make it for you including production time and price.
