Because every piece is personalised and made to order, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on personalised items.
If something is wrong with your order: Contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@artbyzakia.com with a photo and description of the issue. We'll assess it and find the best solution for you.
Please double-check your engraving text at checkout, we engrave exactly what is submitted. We are not responsible for spelling errors provided by the customer.
For any non-personalised items, please contact us within 7 days of delivery to discuss your return.
