Once production is complete and order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

UK : 2–5 working days (free on orders over £50, otherwise from £2.99)
International : 5–10 working days after dispatch (from £11.99, depending on delivery address)

Orders are processed Monday to Friday, excluding public and cultural holidays. Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons.

Simply enter your name at checkout in the text field exactly as you'd like it to appear, and we'll engrave it in that script. Is this suitable for everyday wear, including at work in a hospital or clinic?

Absolutely. The necklace is made from premium stainless steel and is waterproof, tarnish-resistant, and hypoallergenic. It's designed to withstand the realities of healthcare work, handwashing, long shifts, and daily wear. The gold and rose gold finishes are plated rather than solid gold, so we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfume or harsh chemicals to extend the life of the plating.

What chain length should I choose?

As a guide: 45cm sits at the collarbone, 50cm falls just below the collarbone, 55cm sits at the chest, and longer lengths (60–65cm) fall lower on the chest or at the stomach. For wearing with scrubs or under a uniform, most people find 45–50cm works best. If you're unsure, 50cm is the most popular choice.

How long will it take to arrive?

This piece is handmade to order, so please allow 20-30 working days for production before dispatch. Once dispatched: UK delivery is 2–5 working days (free over £50), and international delivery is 5–10 working days.
