Frequently Asked Questions

How do I tell you what to print?

Leave your name or text in the notes section at checkout, written exactly as you'd like it to appear. If you'd like it in Gurmukhi script and aren't sure how your name is written, leave the English version and we'll transliterate it for you before printing.

What's the difference between Left Chest and Across the Chest?

Left Chest places your name in a smaller print on the upper left chest area, like a logo placement. Across the Chest prints your name in a larger format spanning the full width of the front or back. If you choose Across the Chest, leave a note at checkout specifying whether you'd like it on the front or back.

What does the floral embroidery look like and where does it go?

The floral embroidery is hand-stitched onto the sleeves in our signature style. It's available in 8 colours: Red, Blue, Purple, Pink, Yellow, Lilac, Simple White, and None (no embroidery). The embroidery adds a handmade, artisan quality to the hoodie and makes it a more distinctive gift piece.

How long will it take to arrive?

Each hoodie is made to order and takes 2–5 working days to produce. Once dispatched, UK delivery takes 2–5 working days. If you need it for a specific date or occasion, message us before ordering and we'll let you know if we can meet your deadline.

What sizes are available and how does the fit run?

The hoodie is available in S, M, L, XL, and XXL. It's a unisex relaxed fit, not oversized, but with a comfortable, easy silhouette. If you're between sizes or prefer a more oversized look, we'd suggest sizing up. If you're unsure, message us with your measurements and we'll advise.
