The story behind this piece

This is probably my favourite design in the collection. Paediatricians have this very specific relationship with their patients where they have to be a doctor and also completely unthreatening to a frightened child at the same time. That's a unique skill and I wanted the piece to reflect that softness. The teddy bear wearing a stethoscope that forms a heart felt exactly right, it's medical but it's warm, it's professional but it's gentle. The hearts on the paw pads were a detail I added because I wanted every part of this design to feel like it was made with care. I think it's the one that will make people cry the most when they open it.

Paediatricians have a very specific skill that no other medical professional needs in quite the same way, they have to be a doctor and completely unthreatening to a frightened child at the same time. That takes a particular kind of person. This piece was designed for them.

The pendant is a fine outline teddy bear wearing a stethoscope, the tubing wraps around the bear and forms a heart at the centre of its chest. The paw pads each carry a small heart too. Every detail in the design is intentional, the softness, the warmth, the care. Underneath the bear sits a solid rounded bar, and that bar is yours to engrave.

Once production is complete and order is dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

• UK : 2–5 working days (free on orders over £50, otherwise from £2.99)
• International : 5–10 working days after dispatch (from £11.99, depending on delivery address)
